There is no systematic process in Hindu religious texts by which Hindu varnas are assigned to non-Hindus, since non-Hindus would not recognize the priestly Hindu religious authority that grounds the varna system, and thereby lie outside of the boundaries of Hindu society from an orthodox, textual standpoint.
